FLV to SWF Conversion with Adobe Flash CS4 Professional
To convert my FLV video to SWF to embed in web page, I did the following.
Adobe Flash CS4 Professional version 10.0
1) Create New -> Flash File (ActionScript 3.0)
2) File -> Import -> Import To Stage
3) Select Video Wizard -> On Your Computer -> Browse
4) Load External Video With Playback Component - Next
5) Skin: None -> Next - > Finish
Result is a SWF file of your FLV.
