Presently we have TracFone, which is good. The only complaint is that we still have minutes on our phone, but now we need to reactivate the service, which forces us to buy more minutes or lose your entire phone service with existing minutes and double minute plan. This just seems like a contract - even though they say it's not a contract. My opinion is that IT IS A CONTRACT! Or at the very least, it is a monthly plan...here's what I mean.If you don't want to buy online, and you go to the nearest store to buy a TracFone card with activation service, it's $20 for 60 minutes for 90 days of service. That is...

-> $6.66 per hour for 3 months OR
-> $0.11 per minute.

To me a real no contract would be a plan that NEVER expires minutes and doesn't force you to reactivate or top-up. That's real. Looking for NO REFILL requirements pay as you go plan. Unfortunately, I cannot find one. If you know of one, please let me know. Until then, we have TracFone and these pay on days you use plans:
