Here's how capture YouTube videos and play them on your Blackberry 8330.

1) YouTube download with OrbitDownloader.

3) Freeware Xvid4PSP. This software supports many different Formatsincluding "mp4 BlackBerry 8830". I took the default settings and itcreated a .mp4 file that played great on my 8830. This software is alsogreat for the iPod and PSP.

NOTE:
With the "mp4 BlackBerry 8830" setting the entire video would encode but when I played it on the blackberry, the end of the movie would freeze. Played around and upgraded to 6.0 and nothing worked. Then I realized I have the 8330 not the 8830, so I tried using the "3GP" setting instead with the Xvid4PSP v5.0.37.6 rev90 application. Converted the entire CARS avi movie to 3GP...and no issues with freezing!
