Router To Router Home Setup
So, I don't forget. Below are the details of my router to router setup. Works great.
Netgear DGN2000
192.168.1.2
disabled DHCP
Same SID
Westell 327W

DHCP Server

Internet (2.5mb)
Netgear Wirelss N will not get 2.5mb - stuck at 1.5. So the laptop will connect to Netgear with wirelss N PC card for fast, wider range wireless internet.
Westell 327W has DSL connection and active wireless
connected Westell 327W to my Netgear router with standard ethernet cable
plugged computer into netgear router, to disable DHCP and ensure SID was the same as Westell
works!
My laptop can see main computer and both routers.
