NEPURS Website ASP.NET Migration Project Plus Photo Gallery & Youtube application addition

I originally built this site from a free HTML web template with some Classic ASP to store updateable site content via XML.
The owner requested a photo gallery. To avoid costs and web hosting limitations, I offered to build him a photo gallery. My thought was that this would be a great opportunity to implement my newly acquired ASP.NET 2.0 skills developed at Brown University. Most importantly a friend would get a free, new, and updated website.
